Sae Lee, Ph.D., has 20 years of experience planning, designing, and directing research and evaluation projects in the areas of mental health, education, and social services. As Division Director of Research and Evaluation at Didi Hirsch Mental Health Services, she provides leadership in the design and implementation of a coordinated and comprehensive strategy for measuring the impact many of the agency’s programs including mental health, integrated health, substance use, residential, and suicide prevention programs. Before joining Didi Hirsch, she managed the evaluations of several SAMHSA funded prevention and treatment programs and directed a comprehensive evaluation of the implementation and impact of First 5 San Bernardino’s initiatives, which included healthcare access and family support. Dr. Lee has a doctorate in Psychology from Claremont Graduate University and has presented on a regular basis at the American Evaluation Association Conference.
