Zhang Li, Ph.D. in Management,senior research fellow， she is now working at National Academy of Innovation Strategy (NAIS) which is affiliated with China Association for Science and Technology(CAST). Her main research areas are innovation management and technology Assessment. She have worked at the International Development Research Center in Canada(IDRC) and was a visiting scholar at the Institute for Social Research at University of Michigan(ISR) in the United States.She has published two monographs, and coauthored more than 10 books , also published over 30 papers.Her expertise lies in participatory evaluation, and have made many attempts to optimize policy and technology evaluation processes to involve more stakeholders and broader public participate in the evaluation process,bridge different perspectives and disciplines, for a goal of making policies and technology benefit humanity.
