LIU Yaqi is an assistant researcher in NAIS, CAST. She received her doctor degree of human resource management from Nankai University, Tianjin, China. In 2019, she joined NAIS, CAST. She has conducted and participated in a series of programs concerning policy evaluation. Her research areas include science and technology policy research, evaluation theory and methodology.
