Dr. Kimberly N. Harris, PhD is the founder and principal evaluator at Educa Consulting, Inc., a full-service research and evalautation firm. A trained economist, Dr. Harris is a social science researcher and evaluator with extensive experience managing research, evaluation, and consulting projects for clients in the public and private sector. Specializing in work-force development and organizational behavior, much of Dr. Harris’ work is framed by a social justice and cultural relevance lens. Dr. Harris has led several economic evaluations and is trained in culturally responsive and equitable evaluation approaches (CREE). She is a member of third cohort of Leaders in Equitable Evaluation and Diversity (LEEAD). Her firm, Educa Consulting has been proudly collaborating with artists in the Greater Hartford region of CT in this evaluative work since 2021.
Kimolee Eryn is a spoken word poet, novelist, screenwriter, speaker, producer, and visual artist from Connecticut. Kimolee finds creative inspiration in everyday life and aims to pair each new idea with the medium she believes is best suited to deliver the message, whether she’s familiar with the discipline or not. The vision is clear; leave nothing undone. Kimolee’s mission is to live creatively and to inspire others to do the same.
Dancer and entertainer Royael Saez-Williams understands movement as a community unifier. Mentored by her Mother, Anne Marie Williams and the late Debra Mauldin, she was introduced to dance as a student, then learned what it took to advocate and lead her company, Footlights Performing Arts and Education. Through her fundamental training as a businesswoman and the merits of her works, she’s built programming like the Cultural Exchange tour, seeking to bridge communities. Constantly growing and evolving her vision as an entertainer, Royael plans to bring African Culture back to Hartford, highlighting the versatility and beauty within.
