Senior Manager of Evaluation

Sarah Winters is the senior manager of evaluation at FIRST. She joined FIRST in October 2013 and has enjoyed growing the evaluation department over the years. From conducting end of season surveys, visiting classrooms and teams to observe FIRST programs, and overseeing external evaluation projects, Sarah collects data to help improve FIRST programs. Prior to this, she received a Master of Social Work degree from the University of New Hampshire. During her academic work, Sarah was a research assistant for the Social Work Department at UNH and interned at the state office for the New Hampshire Division for Children, Youth, and Families. Sarah lives in Concord, NH with her husband and two daughters. She enjoys reading, traveling, and fun weekend activities with her girls.
