Amanda Milliken, MPH, is the leader of the Evaluation and Assessment department within the Office of Culture, Community, and Equity at the University of Michigan's College of Engineering. In this role, Amanda oversees the development and execution of comprehensive evaluation and assessment strategies for Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) initiatives throughout the college. Her work involves close collaboration with various communities across Michigan Engineering to formulate effective strategies for measuring key success indicators related to the Culture Pillar.
