Steven J. Pierce, PhD, is a senior statistician at the Center for Statistical Training and Consulting at Michigan State University. He has extensive experience as an applied statistician, statistical consultant, evaluator, and academic researcher. His work emphasizes rigorous and reproducible application of statistical methods to research studies and program evaluations that will yield trustworthy findings and conclusions. Dr. Pierce first joined AEA in 2004 and has been an active member of the Quantitative Methods: Theory and Design TIG and the Design and Analysis of Experiments TIG.
