Elias Samuels, PhD, is the Program Director of Evaluation and Quality Improvement and of the Dissemination and Implementation Science Catalyst at MICHR. In his role, he provides leadership to the institutes’ evaluation and implementation science initiatives. He has worked at MICHR since 2016 and previously directed institutional research offices within and outside of U-M. His interests focus on the development, implementation, and evaluation of strategic research initiatives in higher education. He earned a BA from Reed College and his MA and PhD from the University of Michigan.
