Kirsten Albers, MPH, is a Manager in Deloitte Consulting LLP’s federal health practice, delivering strategic, analytic, and evaluation support to public health and global health clients. At Deloitte, she has performed strategy, stakeholder engagement, and evaluation projects for ASPR, WHO, CDC and USAID with a focus on emergency preparedness and response programs. As part of Deloitte’s Evaluation and Research for Action Center of Excellence, she has worked with senior leaders to design assessments and tools to measure performance of programs, particularly in emergency and low-resource settings across government health agencies. She has also worked as an epidemiologist supporting the COVID-19 response and has previously supported global health efforts of the US government, including with the Global Health Security Agenda. With a Masters of Public Health in Applied Epidemiology from University of North Carolina's Gillings School of Global Public Health, she has advanced training in program evaluation, data analytics, health policy, and epidemiologic research methods.
