Michael Osei is pursuing an Interdisciplinary PhD in Evaluation at Western Michigan University (WMU), specializes in evaluative practice consulting with over ten years of experience. As a Program Co-Chair for The RoE TIG, he plans, develops, and oversees the TIG’s program at the AEA annual conference. Michael holds an MBA in Total Quality Management from the University of Professional Studies in Accra, Ghana, and utilizes joint committee evaluation program standards and AEA's guiding principles as a quality assurance framework. With expertise in Quality Infrastructure, Design Thinking Methodologies, systems auditing, Lean Six Sigma, and ISO 9001 training, Data Science, he focuses on quality assurance in evaluation, CAPA capabilities, needs assessment, and cost analysis and Metaevaluation. Michael is affiliated with professional associations including the American Evaluation Association (AEA), Industrial Engineering and Operations Management Society (IOEM), and American Society of Quality (ASQ).
