Jessica Lim, LCSW, is a Research Assistant at Innovations Institute, University of Connecticut School of Social Work. Jessica supports research and evaluation projects across Arizona, Indiana, Kentucky, and Washington, and she works with the National Wraparound Implementation Center’s (NWIC) Evaluation Team conducting research in partnership with the Texas Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC). Jessica previously worked as a Senior Project Manager at the Meadows Mental Health Policy Institute where she managed child- and family-focused initiatives, led large-scale system assessments, and collaborated with state, national, and international stakeholders to support families and communities. Jessica has an MSSW from the University of Texas at Austin and a BA in Telecommunications from Indiana University.
