David holds a PhD in Forest Resources and Conservation from the University of Florida as well as a Graduate Certificate in Environmental Education and Communication. He is a current Leaders in Equitable Evaluation and Diversity (LEEAD) scholar and Environmental Leadership Program senior fellow in the Delaware River Watershed Network. He provides subject matter expertise and thought leadership on a portfolio of social impact projects that include environmental justice, DEIA, capacity-building, evaluation mindsets, and place-based systems change.
