Kathleen Sullivan, JD, is principal of Fine Gauge Strategy, LLC, a strategy, measurement and learning consultancy located in Massachusetts. Kathleen serves community organizers, philanthropic foundations, legal and law-reform organizations, and policy advocates across the United States. Her clients have included movement leaders in immigrants’ rights, racial equity, civic engagement, sexual orientation/gender identity, and mobility/climate change. Kathleen had various legal and law-reform roles before starting the FGS consultancy, including serving as Counsel to the US Senate Subcommittee on Immigration, and representing low-income immigrants in deportation proceedings.
