Esrea Perez-Bill (she/ella, they/elle), MPH, is a Research Project Coordinator on the Evaluation, Data Integration, and Technical Assistance (EDIT) Program at Northwestern University's department of Medical Social Sciences & Institute of Sexual and Gender Minority Health & Wellbeing. Esrea's focus area merges their interest in Adult Education and public health community-engaged evaluation and research in Chicago, providing capacity-building services to public health programs that address critical gaps in equity, health, and well-being among sexual, gender, and racial minority populations. By employing highly participatory, action-based qualitative methods, which often include art, creativity, and in-person collaboration, they strive to maximize the relevancy and utility of evaluation for community partners.
