Pia Otero (M.Ed.) is an experienced research and evaluation professional with over fifteen years of experience across various sectors, including academia, government, non-profits, and community-based organizations. In her current role as the Associate Director of Research and Evaluation at L&G Research and Evaluation Consulting Inc., Pia plays a key role in overseeing the evaluation processes for federally and state-funded youth development programs within public schools in New York City. Pia's educational background includes dual master’s degrees—one in Sociology and Education from Teachers College, Columbia University, with a Fulbright Scholarship, and the other in Educational Management and Policy from the Universidad de San Andres in Argentina. She has also successfully completed the IPDET training under the International Program for Development Evaluation Training.
