Pai-rou Chen is a Research Associate at WestEd. She has worked extensively on the evaluations in K-12 and post-secondary educational programs and initiatives as well as design and development of online courses to support teachers’ professional learning on performance assessments. She has deep experience in conducting research and development studies in educational settings and managing projects from initiation to completion. Prior to WestEd, she worked at Center for Research on the Context of Teaching and Stanford Center for Assessment, Learning, and Equity at Stanford University. She has an M.A. in Education from Stanford University and a B.A. from National Taiwan University with a minor in Teacher Education.
