M. Andrew Young is a 2nd Year PhD Student at The University of Tennessee, Knoxville in the Evaluation, Statistics, and Methodology program. During this time, he has also served in the role of Director of Assessment & Institutional Excellence at the East Tennessee State University Gatton College of Pharamcy since January, 2020. Andrew dived into educational assessment, helping the college innovate its assessment practices. He seeks to continually develop personally and professionally, advance the profession of Evaluation, and specialize in Higher Education Evaluation.
