Dr. Bayonas is an Associate Professor in the Department of Leadership Studies at High Point University and former President and Senior Evaluation Consultant with iEvaluate, LLC. Since 2002, she has managed multiple research and evaluation projects funded by the U.S. Department of Education, the National Science Foundation, state departments, community centers, and local foundations, with evaluation budgets up to $2 million. Dr. Bayonas holds a Ph.D. from Indiana University in Instructional Systems Technology with a minor in Inquiry Methods. She mentors doctoral students and teaches courses in Research Methods and Program Evaluation. In addition, she helps beginning consultants move to the next level.
