Dr. Anil Kumar Chaudhary is an Associate Professor of Agricultural and Extension Education at the Pennsylvania State University. Dr. Kumar Chaudhary's goals as an academic professional have been to a) design novel approaches and strategies that promote the development of robust conservation programs and policies (i.e., water quality and quantity) through the application of program development and evaluation concepts; and b) train the next generation of students and scholars on program development, evaluation, and statistical methods. Dr. Kumar Chaudhary's research focuses on 1) the application of program development and evaluation concepts to human dimensions of natural resource management and 2) the contribution to the scholarship of program evaluation, specifically, evaluation capacity building and innovative approaches to document program impacts.
