Clare Nolan, Co-Executive Director of Engage R+D, helps social sector leaders design strategies for impact, engage and partner with their stakeholders, and evaluate and learn from their work. She brings over 20 years of experience working as a strategy and learning consultant to foundations, nonprofits, and government agencies. She is motivated by efforts to advance racial equity and social jusice, and works on a range of issues including worker rights, decarceration, early learning, and climate change. She specializes in equitable, participatory, and developmental approaches. Clare holds a Master of Public Policy from the Goldman School at UC Berkeley.
