Genevieve Schoenherr, MS, is a dedicated professional currently serving as a Program Evaluation Analyst at the YMCA of San Diego County, where she contributes her expertise to the Positive Youth Development team. In this role, Genevieve focuses on designing and implementing evaluation tools aimed at assessing the efficacy of implementing a Positive Youth Development approach. Her work over the past year and a half has been instrumental in measuring and analyzing the impact of these initiatives on youth development outcomes.

Prior to her current position, Genevieve spent four years immersed in Restorative Justice within a non-profit organization dedicated to administering community-based restorative justice programs for youth facing criminal charges. Her experience in this field equipped her with a deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities in rehabilitating youth through transformative justice practices.

Genevieve holds a Master of Science degree and combines her academic background with practical insights gained through hands-on experience in program evaluation and youth development. She is passionate about leveraging research and data to inform programmatic decisions that positively influence the lives of young people.
