Genevieve Schoenherr, MS, is a dedicated professional currently serving as a Program Evaluation Analyst at the YMCA of San Diego County, where she contributes her expertise to the Positive Youth Development team. In this role, Genevieve focuses on designing and implementing evaluation tools aimed at assessing the efficacy of implementing a Positive Youth Development approach. Genevieve holds a Master of Science degree and combines her academic background with practical insights gained through hands-on experience in program evaluation and youth development. She is passionate about leveraging research and data to inform programmatic decisions that positively influence the lives of young people.
