Ms Kolianita Alfred – Monitoring Evaluation and Learning Adviser, Strategy Planning and Learning (SPL), Pacific Community Fiji Kolianita is the MEL Adviser with the Strategy, Performance, and Learning Unit under the DG's Office at SPC. She brings 15 years of development experience at international, regional, and national levels, covering sectors such as fisheries, health, agriculture, gender, education, disability, and social and environmental safeguards. Her extensive background includes work with the governments of Tonga and Fiji, UN Women, and UNICEF Pacific multi-country office. Kolianita has been instrumental in various MEL initiatives around the region, such as contributing to the Indicator Guideline for Policy Monitoring in the Pacific and the frst Regional Diploma in MEL for the Pacific and supploting capacity buiding efforts in MEL for the region. She holds a Master of Business Administration, a Bachelor of Economics, and Postgraduate Certificates in Gender and Human Resource Management from the University of the South Pacific.
