Dr. Farnish has over 9 years of experience in research design, program evaluation, and statistics. At the heart of her professional journey lies a commitment to serving and partnering with the community to drive meaningful change. In her role, she utilizes data to inform service provision and to ensure LifeWorks’ programs are effective, impactful, and rooted in the realities and needs of the individuals they serve.
