Goele Scheers has 20 years of experience in M&E and training. She is particularly specialised in Outcome Mapping and Outcome Harvesting and contributed to developing the Outcome Harvesting approach. Goele started using OH within an organisation but for more than 10 years she is an independent consultant supporting organisations worldwide in setting up their OH monitoring processes, conducting evaluations and facilitating training courses. She has extensive experience in facilitating training courses on OH, both in-house as well as public, introductory trainings as well as advanced ones. Goele was one of the reviewers of the OH book and is a facilitator of the OH community. She holds a Master’s degree in Conflict Management. For more information see www.goelescheers.be.
