Alexander Afram has over 8 years of field experience in Research, Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning, steering various projects in research, monitoring, and evaluation in Ghana and West Africa. He is currently the Research, Evaluation and Learning Manager at Participatory Development Associates in Accra, Ghana. Alexander has had the privilege of leading research and evaluation projects in various countries across West Africa, including Ghana, Ivory Coast, Nigeria, and Senegal. These experiences have equipped him with valuable insights into the unique socio-economic situations of different regions, which are critical in intervention designs, evaluation approaches and processes. Alexander is passionate about leveraging research and evaluation as powerful tools to drive positive change and improving the lives of people, particularly in marginalized societies. He is committed to championing the use of rigorous methodologies, interdisciplinary collaboration, and evidence-based decision-making to create lasting impact and contribute to sustained human development.
