Brad R. Watts, Ph.D., is the Assistant Director of The Evaluation Center at Western Michigan University. He has over two decades of experience as a multidisciplinary evaluator and applied researcher. Dr. Watts is currently the chair of the Joint Committee on Standards for Educational Evaluation (JCSEE), which is the organization responsible for approving North American evaluation standards. Additionally, he serves as co-program chair for AEA's University-Based Centers Topical Interest Group.
